Reading Log

Please make sure that the log is getting in each week. Even if the 120 minutes if reading is not achieved some points are way better than a zero in the grade book. 

If the reading log paper gets misplaced, write it down on another piece of paper and turn it in. Here is what to include:

-student's first and last name

-adult signature

-the date read

-how long reading occurred 

-a title of what is read

-sum up total minutes read at the bottom out of 120

If your student forgets the reading log, please scan it or take a picture and email it to me at vhammans@holyspirit-indy.org

by the end of the day Friday.
